Below you will find all partners that can be met on the D-3 -25th Color Evolution-. You will pick one of the first five partners when you first start your device, at which point the Stage II form will immediately evolve into Stage III. Since this is not a virtual pet, your Digimon will not grow with time. Instead, they will have access to temporarily evolve during battle by first fulfilling the conditions shown below. They will revert back to their main form at the end of each battle.

Wins

This will display the total number of wins required for your Digimon to evolve into that form during battle. Once you have enough wins with that partner, the evolution will always be available. The amount needed applies for the entire partner line, it does not matter which evolution form you win the battle as. The number is also cumulative for that line, so if you have 5 wins and unlocked the first evolution, those 5 wins still apply for the 15 needed to get the next evolution, meaning you only need 10 more to unlock it. You can check the Bond menu to see your current memory, but it is only recorded in 5 steps. Multiple wins may be required to increase the bond by one memory. Wins only apply for the partner that initiated the battle, even if another partner uses a support attack. Some evolutions also require a certain number of wins with another partner line, which will be indicated with an image of that partner on the chart.

Digimental

The Digimental required for evolving into that form. Most Digimentals are acquired using the Search function on the device, which can be used by gaining points in Training, which can in turn be accessed every 300 steps. Searching is random, and once you obtain all three pieces of a single Digimental, you will be able to access that form. The Digimental of Destiny is an exception, as it is received along with Terriermon for clearing all areas and obtaining all other evolutions.

Omega Sword

To obtain the Omega Sword, you must first have maximum bond with both V-mon and Wormmon. Then, after you clear Area 42, perform a Search to receive the item.
